CarePath by JCBC

Nourishing communities. Restoring dignity.

CarePath is JCBC's community service program. Every month, our volunteers deliver food and hygiene essentials to people facing hardship across the Lower Mainland, with care and without conditions.

OUR FOUNDATION

Compassion, put into action.

In Jain teaching, Ahimsa means more than avoiding harm: it means actively caring for every living being. CarePath is how JCBC lives that out beyond the temple walls.

Through seva, or selfless service, we reach neighbours facing hunger, homelessness, and hard times. Our help is offered freely, with dignity for everyone.

OUR WORK

Simple help, given every month.

Monthly food packages

Volunteers prepare and deliver nutritious food packages to people experiencing homelessness across the Lower Mainland.

Hygiene packages

We deliver kits of everyday hygiene essentials to shelters and community centres, supporting health, comfort, and dignity.

Seasonal drives

We also partner with local shelters and community centres on drives for clothing, footwear, utensils, toys, and other needs as they come up.
